Meet with our friendly consultants and share with us your specific needs. We’ll then find a solution for you, through tailoring one of our designs or by introducing you to our design team, who will work with you to create a custom home. Either way, we’re committed to building a home that meets your needs and sits within your budget.

Once you’re happy with the design, our team will work to finalise a fixed price. This important stage involves engaging an engineer to establish the necessary footing and site requirements, which are specific to your individual allotment. When you’re completely satisfied, we will move to the next stage of a New Home Contract.

After your final plans have been sent off for approvals, we’ll introduce you to one of our interior designers who will help you customise your home even further. This can be done through our in-house studio or by dealing directly with our key suppliers.

Your new home comes to life. Under the guidance of our construction management team, our trusted trades people create your new home. You’ll have the opportunity to meet your appointed supervisor and trades on site to discuss the progress at key stages.

Once construction is complete you’ll meet with your supervisor and walk through the home together. If you’re happy with everything you will be given the keys and it’s time to move in.

For the first 90 days of living in your new home we encourage you to keep a list of any items that you may wish us to review.  If necessary, which isn’t very often, our after sales service team will then coordinate a time to meet you at your home to discuss and resolve these matters.
